1 Class per week for 6 weeks.
A typical class will start with a 10-minute warm-up, followed by an hour of boxing training which will include interval circuit training, Shadow boxing, punching drills and core training finishing with a 10-minute cool-down and stretching programme.
Classes have been tailored specifically with students in mind allowing for maximum time doing cardiovascular training and floor work. My classes are inclusive, encourage confidence, develop fitness and are great fun. The high intensity, full body workouts will keep students constantly moving. When they’re not throwing a punch, they’re ducking and weaving — or doing squats and abdominal work.
Each Student will receive a cert upon completion of the course.
