The Youth Boxing classes are designed to introduce children to boxing and other fitness activities in a safe and non-intimidating way. Boxing develops the fundamental movement skills that your child needs to encourage correct muscle growth for later life. Classes are open to girls and boys wishing to take part in a fun exciting high octane fitness class.
While training with Neil young students learn all the skills necessary to master the noble art, from single punch to multi punch combinations, as well as defensive footwork.
Classes are suitable for complete beginners.
